Interscholastic sports and fine arts activities are very important parts of a student’s education. Both promote citizenship and sportsmanship. They instill a sense of pride in community, teach lifelong lessons of teamwork and self-discipline and facilitate the physical and emotional development of our youth.

Welcome to GhostBoosters.com! A website dedicated to keeping students, parents and Chillicothe residents informed about Illinois Valley Central Athletics and their Athletic Booster Club.

The purpose of the Ghost Boosters, a nonprofit organization, is to lend financial and volunteer assistance to the IVC Athletic Department Programs. Team sports develop a sense of camaraderie that carries well beyond the playing field, and rallies community spirit and support in both triumphs and defeats. We support our Coaches and Staff in their endeavors to carry on the Grey Ghosts long tradition of excellence. Being an athlete in the IVC Schools means being a student first; many excel at both. By supporting our student athletes, we're supporting education and helping shape our youth for tomorrow.
